Cleaning and service

The AS450 basic is protected by a device fuse .

The external fusing must be T5.0A (230V) F15A (110V).

• Turn the device off at the mains (H).

• Pull the mains plug from the low heat device socket (J).

• Unscrew the fuse insert (I) and remove the fuse (IS).

CAUTION

A fuse must be replaced by one of the same type and with the same fuse value.

• Place the new fuse in the fuse insert.

NOTE

Do not tighten the fuse insert too much when screwing the fuse in!

• Screw the fuse insert (I) back in.

NOTE

If the fuse triggers again immediately after being replaced, there is a fault in the

device which must be rectified.

There are two fuses: one in the live conductor and one in the neutral conductor of

the power supply.
